Selfportrait.
I'm wearing a very old traditional Romanian shirt from Transylvania, Nasaud area (1870 - early 1900's by my estimation). Hand-spun linen (very difficult to find since most of these garments were made of cotton, which is heavier), beautiful beadwork on the sleeves and collar and a gorgeous, intricate handmade lace adorning the sleeves.
The jewels are Murano glass, modern, but quite similar to what my great-grandmother used to wear.
Hair by my mother.
